Sample Policy
We are happy to provide you with carpet samples.  Our policy is to provide you with two complimentary samples.  If you need additional samples, we reserve the right to charge $10 per sample to offset some of the material and postage costs. 

Warranty Policy
The warranties we provide with your purchase are identical to the manufacturer's warranties. 
We have included the manufacturer' warranties on every product on our site.  These manufacturer's warranties are in effect for the product you purchase from us.  Ask your Floor Covering Specialist if you have specific questions on these warranties.

There are some manufacturers that we choose to not do business with because they have a bias against retailers that advertise products on the Internet and have developed policies voiding warranties on product ordered online.  Although we insist we provide our web site as an education and advertising vehicle and not as an ordering site, we will not put you at risk by working with manufacturers that do not want to support you (and us).

Return Policy
When ordering products from Capri Carpet, it is important to know our return policy.  We will certainly work with you if a product arrives damaged or has concealed damage upon opening.  This is quite a rare occurrence.  We pledge to get it corrected and we'll file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer as needed.  Some products, carpet that has been cut to a less than roll quantity, for instance, cannot be returned (exception - see above on transit or concealed damage).  If you have full cases of a hard surface or an area rug, for example, these products may be returned, but could be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges.  We work with you to make sure you order the right product and size so we can minimize returns.  Our return rate in 2007 was less than 1/4 of 1% so you can be sure you're buying with confidence. 

Web Site Images
While we try and provide quality images on the site, these images should be viewed as close reproductions.  We are happy to provide carpet samples to make sure you're getting the right color.  As we say about our carpet samples, "When in doubt, have us ship 'em out!"
